My rating: 2 of 5 stars
Greek Gods, Greek heroes. Still fighting battles and holding grudges. Bring it forward to the modern-day and mix it up with a character bordering on a female version of Percy Jackson, but written for adult reading only.
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
A refreshing approach to guardian angels and what happens to our souls when we die. Great book for a teenage audience, but quite readable as an adult. It reminds me of the Percy Jackson books written by Rick Riodan, and if you enjoyed those books, I think you will like this, the first in a series.
