Each chapter is illustrated with beautiful hand-drawn pictures and the tone is kept light with jokes as Quirion’s friendly writing style talks the reader through each topic.
Easy-to-read and a quick book to give us all a reminder and a lift in these challenging times.

The intent is to open the eyes of the reader to see life in its true form. To help them navigate through life using everything at their disposal. Most people make things harder than it should be and don’t know about all the help they actually have at their disposal. The message of the book is to simplify things for the reader by showing them they are fully in control of their lives.
