There’s not enough gratitude in the world today. Think about your day today, how many times have you been thankful? And how many times have you had a moan?
Are you happiest when you’re thanking someone for something? Or when you are being negative and complaining?
I challenge you to make a list of 10 things which you can be thankful for right now, this minute. Think about each item and be grateful for it in your life. Now how does that make you feel?
Here is my list:
- My warm safe home
- Food on my plate
- Fresh clean water
- My family
- My friends
- My word press and twitter followers
- Buyers and readers of my book
- Those who’ve given their time to write reviews
- Everyone who helped edit and publish my book
- My good health and happiness
