Tall, Tatted and Tempting is a new adult romance and book one of The Reed Brothers series. Kits has been living on the streets of New York after she ran away from her Californian home. She’s been saving money from busking and wants a tattoo.
Logan is mesmerised by the girl who has come to his family tattoo shop; she is beautiful in his eyes, but she’s hiding something. He stumbles with his first impressions, messes up his opening words, gets a broken nose for his efforts and loses the girl.
I really enjoyed this story, the characters were so interesting. Logan has been deaf for eight years and he hasn’t spoken since he was teased about the way he spoke in the school playground, while Kit is dyslexic, which made communication between them different and challenging. Logan lives with his four brothers and I liked learning about all their family dynamics, especially how they supported one brother who was going through cancer treatment. The sexual tension was high and the romance hot, but it suited the story. I look forward to reading more books in this series.
