Welcome to Day 6 of #RomancingSeptember.
Our guest today is V. Steele with her book How My Cowboy Loves Me
Where is your home town?
My home town is a small, rural Georgia town between Atlanta and Savannah. It’s a magical, southern town.
How Long have you been writing?
It’s seems as though I’ve been writing all my life, but actually not quite that long, but long enough that it’s become a part of me. I have been publishing my work since 2013, so I’m a newbie to the publishing world.
What is your favourite sub-genre of romance?
I love Paranormal romance and the mystery that surrounds it. With a paranormal romance the skies the limit with characters and creatures. There’s just something about falling in love with a legendary creature, guess it’s just a fantasy world to get lost in.
Tell us about the history between Abby and Cole.
They’ve been in love almost all their lives. It’s a once in a lifetime love between a country girl and her cowboy, the one man who could make her heart stop beating with one glance. But when she see’s him with another woman, everything changes and she leaves town.
Where was Cole when he had his accident?
Cole was at the rodeo when his accident happened. Since the moment Abby left he’d been taking chances, riding the evil bulls and looking death in the eyes, trying to hide behind the danger. Then he pulled the wrong bull, the one with a death wish for it’s rider.
How do the Doctor’s think Abby can help Cole?
The doctor’s know all about the couples history. They’ve put Cole back together more times than they want to count. Abby is the one person that might can bring him out of the coma he’s in. Maybe her voice or touch will give him the hope he needs to live.
Where have you set your book?
This book is set in Wyoming. The perfect place for a rodeo love story.
Why do you think cowboys make good romantic heroes?
To me a cowboy makes a great romantic hero because they’re hard laced, but when it comes to love they’re faithful to the end.
Tell us what you are working on at the moment.
At the moment I’m working on several books, but the one that’s pulling at me is “The Fireman’s Desire”. From the title you can gather it’s about a fireman, but this fireman has another side to him.
Where can readers find out more about you?
